What we do
Design and construction from one firm, plus the land work that comes before either. We work as main contractor and as subcontractor, and on some projects we carry both the design and the build under a single contract.
Architectural design Concept design through to working drawings, produced by three architects and five drafters. Permits are applied for by the client.
Building construction We build as main contractor and as subcontractor. At Banjulinding we were engaged for the foundations and the full superstructure of two buildings. At Manduar we were engaged for the construction of the mosque.
Design and build One contract covering design and construction, from first drawing to handover of keys. Four of the seven projects on this site were delivered this way: Kotu Silo, Sanchaba, Jalambang and Jabang.
Project management A site supervisor on site daily and a partner responsible for the project. Procurement and budget tracking sit with us.
Surveying Measurement of a plot before you commit to it.
Property demarcation Boundaries established and confirmed on the ground.
Property valuation An assessment of what a plot or a building is worth.
Consultancy Feasibility and cost advice, whether or not we go on to design or build the project.
